Nutrition Packages

Changing your eating habits doesn’t happen overnight. Nutrition Packages provide ongoing accountability, education, support and follow-up from your Dietitian to help you achieve your goals, all while saving you some money!

Packages start at $120/month and include coaching sessions with your Registered Dietitian and weekly meal plans. Contact us for more information.

The fine print:

• Your custom nutrition prescription includes supplement, lifestyle and activity recommendations as well as SMART nutrition goals: these are the tasks you’ll focus on between each session to help you achieve your health goal.

• Follow-up sessions are generally recommended every 3 to 4 weeks, with flexibility. Follow-up sessions must be used within the plan duration and expire thereafter.

• Meal planning service includes weekly meal plans for the duration of the package. Click here for more details!

• Savings are calculated based on cost of one-time payment versus value of items purchased at à la carte price point. If required by your insurance company, receipts can be provided appointment-by-appointment.

• If you choose the monthly billing option, payments will be applied automatically to your credit card on file on the same date each month until expiration of the plan.

• Packages are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled until the term is complete.

• A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments. Appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours are subject to the full appointment fee. Appointments that are part of a prepaid package will be forfeited.

Billing Information

For one-time payments, options include e-transfer or credit card. Packages that are billed monthly require that a credit card be linked to your file.

Your employer's health insurance plan or Employee Assistance Program may provide coverage for a Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist. A receipt will be provided for all services that you may submit to your extended health insurance for reimbursement (if eligible). If your insurance company does not cover the services of a Registered Dietitian or Nutritionist, your receipts are eligible for a non-refundable government tax credit (please visit Canada Revenue Agency).

Direct billing is available for Blue Cross, BPA, Canada Life, ClaimSecure, Chambers of Commerce, Desjardins Insurance, Equitable Life, First Canadian, Industrial Alliance, GMS, Johnston Group and Maximum Benefit.
